[NEWS]Super Junior’s Donghae, Siwon, & Ivy Chen attend promo event for ‘Skip Beat’

On December 14th(yesterday), Super Junior‘s Siwon and Donghae completed preparations for their Taiwanese GTV drama, ‘Skip Beat‘, by holding a PR event with co-star Ivy Chen.

The boys looked as handsome as ever in their crisp black suits, which differed according to their personal tastes. Standing with the beautiful actress between them, the stars greeted both fans and reporters before introducing their roles.

Originally a Japanese manga, the drama adaptation of ‘Skip Beat’ follows a girl who gets betrayed by her best friend, a top idol singer. She decides to debut in the industry in order to get her revenge, but along the way, she becomes entangled in a love triangle with Siwon, a top actor, and Donghae, a musical prodigy who’s also a playboy.

The drama is directed by Doze Niu, who won the Movie Production Award for “Monga” at a Taiwanese movie festival.

The drama begins airing on December 18th.

Super Junior‘s Donghae cracked up his fans with some sticker photos he took with fellow member, Eunhyuk.

On December 14th, Donghae tweeted, “D-2 appeared. Oppa. Donghae, Eunhyuk.”

The two manipulated the size of their eyes to cartoon-size proportions, and even scribbled their nicknames ‘Anchovy‘ and ‘Man No.3‘ at the bottom.

At this time, Donghae and Eunhyuk are preparing to drop their project single “Oppa has Arrived” for December 16th. They’ll also be performing on KBS‘s ‘Music Bank‘ this week.

Super Junior‘s Sungmin recently made a glamorous transformation into Marilyn Monroe for ‘Super Show 4‘!

On December 12th, fellow member Donghae shared on his Twitter, “I’m finally sleeping now. ELF, you were so beautiful and lovely today, thank you so, so much. Let’s do Tokyo next, hosted by Teukie hyung. I leave you with a picture of Sungmin hyung, Eunhyuk, and Donghae.”

Taken backstage, the picture features Sungmin playing the role of Marilyn Monroe, and Eunhyuk and Donghae standing meekly by his side, looking much like his body guards. Seeing a shapely chest on Sungmin right next to his masculine arms is quite a hilarious sight.
